Production Process of Plastic Injection Molding Products
Step 1: Design and production of the mold
The mold is designed based on the size, shape, and precise measurements of the pieces that need to be manufactured.
Step 2: Preparing the raw materials
Raw materials, which are often provided by the producer, should meet the needs of production. The raw materials must be handled and processed before beginning the injection molding manufacture, including procedures like drying, dyeing, and mixing.
Step 3: Injection Molding Method
The treated and processed raw materials are first fed into the injection molding machine, where they are injected into the molds, where they form the necessary parts following high temperature and pressure injection and plastic deformation.
Step 4: Allow to cool
The injection molded object must be cooled once it has been created in the mold. To set the shape and size, the product is usually swiftly chilled by water injection or air cooling.
Step 5: Extraction
The product must be removed after it has been formed and cooled. To avoid product damage, this must be done carefully and gently.
Step 6: Inspection and packaging
Quality inspections and packing are the last steps in the production of ABS and PC products. The products are examined for flaws, precise measurements, a decent appearance, etc. Following inspection, packaging and labeling are carried out.

Before receiving the customer's project drawing, we will first sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the customer, after that the customer can email the design drawing (2D/3D file) to us, we will provide a detailed design manufacturing report (DFM), quotation and delivery time. In the process of project analysis, we discuss relevant issues with the customer and reach an agreement. After the customer places a purchase order, we will charge a 50% deposit to start processing the parts.
