Process
1. Submit 3D drawings and project requirements
The customer provides complete 3D CAD files (such as STEP, IGS, and X_T formats) and specifies material selection, surface requirements, batch quantity, and delivery targets. After receiving the information, we immediately confirm the details with the customer to ensure that every key requirement is understood.
2. DFM analysis and manufacturing feasibility assessment
The ALEC Mould Engineer Team performs DFM analysis based on client drawings to assess the feasibility of the components in the process of injection molding and mold flow analysis. Detailed technical feedback will be provided for the design optimization recommendations, and the final mold design will be decided with the client.
3. Mold manufacturing
Once the customer has confirmed the DFM, the mold is made of high-quality steel (P20, NAK80, S136). The entire process is strictly controlled by experienced mold engineers to ensure mold accuracy and production stability.
4. T1 specimen injection molding and validation
Once the mold has been completed, the first T1 test mold injection molding is carried out to make a sample (supplied according to customer requirements). We will conduct a complete inspection of the sample, including size measurement, appearance inspection, and a complete First Item Inspection Report (FAI).
5. Formal mass production
Once a sample has been confirmed, formal mass production will begin, with strict production process control (SOP Standard Operating Procedures), and a number of random and final checks will be carried out in the course of production to ensure that every batch is consistent and of good quality.
