Depending on the structure, material, and post-treatment of the parts. For parts with a simple structure and no post-treatment requirements, our fastest delivery time is THREE days. For parts with complicated structures or complicated post-processing requirements, our fastest delivery time is ONE week.

 

2. What are the maximum and minimum part dimensions that you are able to process?
Depending on the material and structure of the parts, in general, the maximum workpiece size we can make is 1500mmx800mmx680mm, and the minimum workpiece size is 0.5 mm in length, width, and height. If you accept that the parts can be bonded by disassembly, we can make them in larger sizes.

 

3. What is the minimum surface roughness you can achieve?
0.25µm

 

4. What is your payment term ? Do you offer payment after delivery?
Our general payment term is one order, one payment, which is 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. For the long-term customers with whom we have signed agreements, we offer payment after shipment or monthly payment.
