Q: I want to make prototype, what do you need for it?

A: The completed 3D file by STP, IGS or X_T format is required to do the fast and correct offer, and I am sure you have already the file on hand.

 

Q: I do not have stp files, only stl files. Can you do CNC machining for me?

A: Basically, we need the stp file for CNC job, but if you really have stl file, we can still work it out by another special software but it takes a bit time and cost. We would like to do that service if you really want to do project with us.

 

Q: Can you help me to adjust the drawing?

A: Sure, I love to do so, but I need a bit time to check with my team. Can you wait for a while?

 

Q: Can you help to put the logo on the prototype?

A: Sure, we can do logo on your product either laser etching or silk screen, but we do need your authorization to protect both ends.

 

Q: If your company can do anodize or plating in your factory?

A: Please kindly be understood that this is high pollution process that we can only do it thru our sub-contracted vendor. We worked together for many years so that we can do critical control the quality with them. Please do not worry.
