1. Design file confirmation
Customers can provide design files in common formats, such as STEP, DXF, IGES, PDF, etc. Our engineering team will quickly complete the design review and feasibility assessment to ensure the accuracy of the drawings and production consistency and provide structural optimization suggestions when necessary to improve processing efficiency and assembly convenience.
2. Material selection and preparation
According to customer drawing requirements and usage scenarios, high-quality aluminum alloy materials (such as 5052, 6061, and 7075) are selected. Alec has a stable material supply chain, which guarantees the stability of material performance and batch consistency, and cuts the material in accordance with the cutting plan.
3. Precision cutting with laser cutter
Using a high-power fiber laser cutter (Trumpf/IPG system) to efficiently cut aluminum sheets of various thicknesses. Whether it is a small hole, complex contour or high-density layout, "±0.1mm dimensional accuracy" and an extremely small heat-affected area can be ensured to ensure product consistency and assembly quality.
4. Deburring and surface treatment
After cutting, all parts are deburred on the edges and sandblasted or brushed according to customer needs to improve the appearance and touch. 5. Inspection of quality and packing and transportation

The minimum slit width can be 0.15 mm, and it supports cutting of complex graphics such as special-shaped contours, micro-hole arrays, and multi-sided combined structures. The corresponding minimum aperture can reach 1.5 times the plate thickness. Compatible with a variety of CAD files (DXF, STEP, and IGES), it is especially applicable to engineering projects that require high precision and consistency of structure.
4. Excellent post-process compatibility (bending, welding, anodizing)
