Nylon (PA, polyamide) turning parts are widely used in mechanical engineering, automobile industry, food processing, electronic and electrical equipment and chemical industry due to their high wear resistance, good self-lubricating, excellent mechanical strength and impact resistance. Its processing mainly uses CNC turning, milling, drilling and tapping and other precision machining technology, to ensure high dimensional accuracy, suitable for complex parts manufacturing. Nylon materials such as PA6, PA66, PA12 can be reinforced with glass fiber (GF), molybdenum disulfide (MOS2), or other fillers as required to enhance strength, heat resistance, or antistatic properties. Common post-treatment methods include deburring, polishing, heat treatment (to eliminate internal stress), and coating treatment (to enhance wear resistance) to improve the overall performance and service life of the part.
